1.Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, booking consultations, or purchasing modular kitchen products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2.Quotations, Orders & Payment Terms
All kitchen design quotes provided are valid for 30 days. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of designated deposit payment. Full balance is payable upon completion of cabinet manufacturing prior to final site delivery and installation.
3.Site Measurement & Installation
Accurate site preparation (plumbing, electrical points, and wall readiness) is required prior to cabinet installation. Our technical team performs pre-installation site measurements to ensure precise custom fit.
4.Warranty & After-Sales Support
We offer up to 10 years structural warranty on HDMR carcase materials and premium hardware fittings (Blum/Hettich). Damage caused by improper third-party modifications or neglect is excluded.
